Christine Barton began her career in real estate in 2004 as a second generation Realtor after an extensive life living and travelling abroad. After settling in Denver, she put her life experience to work helping clients buy, sell, invest and short sale their properties over the years. When clients decided they would rather ‘hold’ their properties than sell, she branched out and created a division of property management to assist them. Since then, Christine has purchased a number of investment properties which give her the experience to understand the needs and wants of owners and provide cost-effective property management. Her goal is to work for the Landlord and work with the prospective tenant with the end result of protecting their asset. Christine worked both with a small local boutique full-service real estate firm and the largest real estate company in the world. These experiences led her to create the company, Park Realty and Property Management to better serve you.
